Iqlim o‘zgarishi inson hayoti va farovonligiga ta’sir ko‘rsatadigan sezilarli va dolzarb global hodisadir. Ushbu maqolada iqlim o‘zgarishining sug‘orish tizimlariga ta’sirini o‘rganib, Afg‘onistondagi hozirgi vaziyat o‘rganiladi. U mamlakatdagi asosiy sug‘orish suv manbalarini o‘rganadi va sug‘orish tizimlari hamda qishloq xo‘jaligi hosildorligi o‘rtasidagi muhim aloqani o‘rganadi. Tadqiqot shuningdek, o‘zgaruvchan iqlim sharoitida barqaror qishloq xo‘jaligini ta’minlash uchun zarur bo‘lgan asosiy moslashuv choralarini belgilaydi. Zaif tomonlarni tahlil qilish va moslashuvchan strategiyalarni taklif qilish orqali ushbu maqola Afg‘onistonda iqlimga chidamli sug‘orish tizimlarini rivojlantirishni qo‘llab-quvvatlashga qaratilgan.
