Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada elektromobillarga texnik xizmat ko‘rsatish tizimining zamonaviy talablari, xalqaro va milliy standartlar asosida shakllanadigan texnik koʻrsatgichlar, xavfsizlik me’yorlari hamda diagnostika tamoyillari tahlil qilingan. Bugungi kunda ichki yonuv dvigatelli transport vositalaridan farqli ravishda elektromobillar energetik tizimi, elektr xavfsizligi, yuqori voltli komponentlar, akkumulyator batareyalari, invertor va quvvat elektronikasiga xizmat ko‘rsatishning maxsus yondashuvlarni talab qilishi koʻrsatib oʻtilgan. Maqolada ISO 6469, ISO 17409, IEC 61851, SAE J1772, UNECE R100, R136 kabi xalqaro standartlar asosida O‘zbekistonda elektromobillar servis infratuzilmasini tashkil etish, texnik diagnostika jarayonlarini standartlashtirish va xizmat ko‘rsatishda sertifikatlash zaruratining asoslari keltirib oʻtilgan. Shuningdek, akkumulyator batareyalarining termal barqarorligi, quvvat uzatish tizimida elektr xavfsizligi, himoya darajalari, servis vaqtida izolyatsiya tizimi boʻyicha xavfsizligini ta’minlash bo‘yicha texnik talablar koʻrsatib oʻtilgan. O‘zbekistonda elektromobil bozorini rivojlantirish, texnik xizmat ko‘rsatishning me’yoriy-huquqiy bazasini takomillashtirish, ekologik barqaror transport tizimini shakllantirishda amaliy ahamiyatga ega ekanligi ham koʻrsatib oʻtilgan.
