This article deeply analyzes the role of digital pedagogy in the modern education system, in particular, its practical and theoretical significance in the interdisciplinary learning process. The digital transformation of education in the 21st century is significantly affecting the form and content of education. In such conditions, digital pedagogy is not only the use of technological tools, but also a comprehensive pedagogical approach that serves to form students' critical thinking, multidisciplinary problem solving, and knowledge acquisition skills based on a creative approach. The article examines, in particular, new educational approaches that are being formed on the basis of advanced digital tools such as artificial intelligence (AI), augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR), big data, blockchain, and cloud technologies. As a result of the introduction of these tools into the interdisciplinary learning system, the opportunities for deepening students' digital competencies are expanding. This, in turn, allows for increased efficiency in distance and hybrid learning models, monitoring the level of mastery, and supporting an individual approach.
According to the results of the article, the role of the combination of digital pedagogy and interdisciplinary integration in directing modern education in an innovative direction is substantiated. The article can serve as an important theoretical, methodological, and practical resource for educators, methodologists, and those shaping the educational process.
