Abstract

In this paper, the vegetation dynamics were classified spatially and numerically based on the MODIS-NDVI global database across the Aral Sea region, which was selected as the study area. In addition, the drought process observed in the region through SPI and PDSI, and the development of forest cover and the impact of drought on it across regions in the study area were analyzed.
