Abstract

This paper analyzes the main sources of dust generation in industrial enterprises and the aerodynamic properties of dust particles. Dust formation is mainly associated with mechanical dispersion, physicochemical phase changes, and chemical reactions. The impact of PM10 and PM2.5 particles on occupational safety is discussed. Based on the analysis, an integrated dust control approach is proposed, including source reduction, local exhaust ventilation, filtration systems, and wet suppression methods.
